Store hours of operation:

Our store hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard time, however you can securely make your purchase online, 365x24x7 at www.CornerPocketPool.com.

Sales Tax:

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to Louisiana (9.5%). All other states and countries are tax-exempt.

Shipping:

Corner Pocket Pool.com processes orders Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time, excluding Holidays. All pool cues and billiard supplies are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Corner Pocket Pool.com does not stock or ship any pool sticks and/or billiard supplies.

Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days but please allow up to 14 working days for your delivery to arrive at your door. Any special ordered items will take longer and delivery times could be as long as 14-21 business days, depending on the shipping service level chosen.

Oversized orders may incur additional shipping charges. Incorrect or undeliverable addresses and refused shipments resulting in an item being "returned to shipper" will be charged for shipping fees.

Email and Order Confirmations:

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within a few minutes letting you know that we've received your order. Typically within one business day, you'll receive a second email letting you know that your order has shipped. This email will include a UPS tracking number.

Aside from your order and shipping confirmation emails, you may receive an email that says your order is on hold pending further review. This can happen when your billing information doesn't match what your credit card company has on file. If you receive this email, just email us with the details and we'll get the order straightened out and on its way to you.

Please note: Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Track Your Order:

Tracking your order from CornerPocketPool.com is easy! We will email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. To check on the status of your order got to www.ups.com and enter your tracking number. If you encounter any problems, send us an email via our customer contact form.

While most in-stock orders placed before 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time will be shipped that day, CornerPocketPool.com does not guarantee same-day shipping as there are many unforeseen circumstances that might possibly delay the shipment of an order. You can help expedite your order by using the same shipping address as your billing address and by providing a phone number that is on file with your credit card company (alternate shipping addresses and cell phone numbers could possibly cause order delays).

Order Processing Time:

In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped on the day it is received at CornerPocketPool.com if it is received by 11:00 AM Eastern Time Monday - Friday. Please allow 1 business day for order to be processed just in case. If an ordered product is on backorder, discontinued, or any other irregularity, we will let you know through email or telephone within one business day (M-F) of placing your order

Orders By United States Postal Service Important Notice:

Because our United States Postal pickup is so early in the day, all orders requesting USPS shipping method will be shipped the following day.

Order Shipping Time:

Order Shipping time is different from Processing Time and varies in different shipping options available to you during Checkout. Also, please note that orders shipped via UPS or FedEx Ground are delivered Monday through Friday only.



USA Overnight Shipping & Handling:

Please understand that choosing Overnight does not necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow. While most orders do ship on the same day, if your order is received after 11:00 am Standard Time, it is possible that it will not be shipped till the following day, You will receive your order 1-2 days after the order has been processed, which in most cases is within 24 hours. Corner Pocket Pool.com does not ship nor does UPS or FedEx pick up packages on Saturday or Sundays and on some holidays.

Rush Orders:

In the event you would like to request a rush order on any of the billiard products at Corner Pocket Pool.com, please email us during normal business hours via our online customer contact form. We will do whatever we can to accommodate you.

Damaged Goods:

If a package arrives damaged, note the damage and email us immediately. If the driver is still present, ask that the damage be noted. This will expedite shipping claims. Do not discard product or packaging. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim.

If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing. If the package is damaged to an extent, the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and send us an email via our customer contact form.

If you find an item damaged after delivery, retain shipping carton, packing materials, and notify the carrier as well as Corner Pocket Pool.com immediately. Corner Pocket Pool.com ships all cues and shafts in a very heavy duty tube that we have had little if any shipping problems with to insure your new cue or shafts safety. Corner Pocket Pool.com is not responsible for any delay caused by the shipping company. We will help replace products in a timely manner as our goal is your customer satisfaction.

Shortage:

Please inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. Unpack your order, inventory all items ordered, and report any shortage immediately. If it is a small part or item you are missing, please look carefully throughout the package and packaging material as small items can become dislodged during the shipping process. Customers have 5 days from delivery to report any discrepancy between what was ordered and what was actually shipped.

Shipping Errors:

All claims for missing items must be made with the carrier within 5 days of delivery. Please note that orders consisting of more than one brand may arrive on different days if the order contains non-stock item(s). Check your packing slip to make sure you have a shortage, not a delivery delay. If a non-stock item is being shipped with your order, possibly from the manufacturer, it will be noted on your invoice in the item line as "drop ship".

If an item is missing or a wrong item has been shipped due to our error, the problem will be corrected at our shipping expense. Corner Pocket Pool.com will pay for the pick up of the wrong item as well as the delivery of the correct item. If you have inadvertently ordered the wrong item or wrong type due to customer error, the customer will be liable for shipping expenses to and from Corner Pocket Pool.com to correct the problem.

Warranty Claims:

Warranty issues will require the customer to return the product to the Manufacturer at the customers (in most cases) expense.
Warranty claims are subject to the policy or discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with the products, or may be found on their respective web sites. Rest assured that Corner Pocket Pool.com will help in any way possible with any warranty claims you might have.

Corner Pocket Pool.com will be happy to help you get your products by a desired date, but we really have to know what is being ordered and what the time deadline is. The best rule of thumb is to always shop early and give yourself plenty of time to meet your deadline.
